Cancellation Policy

Please note that upon booking you agree that should you cancel your treatment within 48 hours of your appointment, all monies will remain with the company and no refund will be granted. If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment then a partial refund may be granted. If you need to change the date of your scheduled appointment, then this needs to be done as soon as possible and before the 72 hour refund policy begins. If any staff member feels threatened or unsafe then they have all rights to refuse your treatment. If too much alcohol consumption has been made before the treatment, then the therapist has the right to refuse treatment due to safety purposes of you, the client, and the therapist. All consultation forms must be completed 24 hours before the treatment. This is a legal requirement and no treatment will be given if this has not been completed.
